Miracles

Last night in our living room during the youth bible study we host every Monday the topic of miracles was discussed. It was a brief discussion but none the less stirred me and has come to my mind again this morning.  So I decided that it’s been way to long since I wrote anything on here and that this topic and this morning seem to be a good enough combination to start back. So, here I go…

Miracles are all around us, all we have to do is open our eyes and choose to see…

It takes a childlike faith to even consider that there are miracles taking place all around us. It sounds like something out of a C.S. Lewis book…

Some dear friends of mine have recently adopted two young miracles. Just the fact that these two miracles of God’s creation no longer have to live without a mom, dad, brother, sister, grandma, grandpa, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, ect… is a miracle!!!

It is only through our own simple obedience to God that we will experience the miracles that He has in store for us. As we shift our focus from the things of this world to things of heaven, God reveals to us His miracles.

It could be as simple as turning off the radio during your morning drive and instead choose to focus on the miracles of nature all around us…

Or turning off your smart phone long enough to see the walking talking miracles in your own house…

Believe that the last breath you just breathed is a miracle and be thankful for the next and all that will follow…

Choose to embrace the struggles of each day with the faith of a child believing that Jesus did pay it all and that angels are real and they tend to us after a “HARD” day…

There are countless miracles happening in your presence right now…

So open up your eyes and look around at all of the miracles just waiting to be found…

Much Love,                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Sean
